1. Order Processing Time

Standard parts and accessories orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and cleared.

Change machines: American Changer, Triad, and ICT change machines normally dispatch within 7 business days after payment is received and cleared. Lead times vary by model. This is the processing time before shipment; carrier transit time is additional.

• Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day
• High-demand items or special orders may require additional processing time
• You will be notified if there are any delays with your order

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

• UPS (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day Air)
• USPS (Priority Mail, First Class)
• Freight carriers for larger or bulk orders

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

• Orders are only shipped to the billing address for fraud prevention
• If you require shipment to an alternate address, items must be prepaid

4. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
• Freight shipments: Varies based on destination and carrier

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is in transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Shipping Costs

Standard parcel shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package size, weight, and destination.

Selected large American Changer and Triad models use a $150 flat freight rate, as shown at checkout. Other products retain their applicable shipping rates, so mixed orders may include separate shipping charges. Freight transit time varies by destination and carrier and is additional to processing time.

• Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before completing your purchase
• Freight shipments may require additional coordination

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues.

• If your package is delayed, please check tracking information first
• If your package is lost, contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation
• If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product

8. Signature Requirement & Fraud Prevention

For high-value orders, we may require:

• Signature confirmation upon delivery
• Shipment to the billing address only
• Additional verification prior to shipping

These measures help protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions.

9. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock or backordered:

• We will notify you with an estimated availability date
• You may choose to wait, substitute, or cancel your order
