Description
The Pyramid Apex USB / RS232 Harness for PC, Part No. 05AA0023, connects a Pyramid Apex bill acceptor to a computer's USB port. It's used for kiosks and other applications that use the standard RS232 interface.
What it's for
Use this harness when your Apex bill acceptor needs to talk to a PC over USB, for example in kiosks, POS terminals and other PC-based systems. Pyramid notes it's the right choice for laptops and PCs that don't have internal hard-drive power connectors.
