The Pyramid Phoenix SEN-02, model PHX-SEN02, is a compact thermal printer platform for amusement, vending, kiosk, lottery, and gaming equipment. Pyramid Technologies builds this indoor-use unit for quiet, repeatable ticket and receipt output, with USB, Pulse, RS232, and POG communication support. Integration notes

The printer supports panel mounting and can be configured through DIP switches for Pulse, POG, or ESC/POS operation. Automatic paper loading simplifies roll changes, while LED diagnostics identify conditions including low paper, jams, and other errors. Service requirements are limited to periodic print-head and paper-path cleaning. The unit is intended for indoor installation and should be protected from moisture, liquids, and debris. The package includes the PHX-SEN02 printer, power harness, and a starter roll of thermal paper.
